I see a lot of truck drivers lose the ability to think in situations while driving all the time. I've been trucking going on 35 yrs, and they put themselves and others in serious situations and blame other drivers and never take responsibility for their stupidity and ignorance. I call it roadhead from driving too long and not stopping for a 10-minute break just to break up the monotony of driving. They won't slow down for any problem or situation.

I don't know, it seems they're being a little tough on him yes he f--up and will definitely pay a heavy price for this. A million dollars, I've seen people charged with first degree murder get out on much less.
