Seminggu Nak Lari Berapa Kali? Tips Recovery
Assalamualaikum dan Hai Gaiz!
10 hari wehhh tak upload material baru, haha. Agak lama, tapi ini dia gaiz, aku nak share tips pula. Disebabkan banyak event lagi sampai end 2022 ni, ditambah pula dengan berlambak-lambak event akan datang 2023 nanti, aku pun tergerak nak share tips untuk training session.
"Seminggu berapa kali nak lari geng?" Ada minimum numbers ke? Ada maximum numbers ke?
Kalau dah kerap sangat lari, sempat ke recovery? Macam mana nak speed up recovery?
Hehe kalau soalan-soalan ni pernah bermain dalam fikiran korang, jom sama-sama layan aku punya perkongsian pasal benda-benda dekat atas ni, semoga mendatangkan manfaat untuk korang dan orang-orang sekeliling korang okay!

Tq bang info.. recovery memang main peranan,, saya baru 3 minggu buat MAF training mggu 1&2 ok je training sebab buat 3x seminggu selang sehari,, mggu lepas start rasa sakit dekat lutut, puncanya ahad ptg lari 5km,, esok nya pagi isnin lari lagi 5km,, terus saya rest sampai jumaat..pastu buat 2x seminggu je dulu..body belum adapt lagi

sama2 bro. betul tu bro, most of the times injury jadi sbb overtraining tapi x cukup recovery. rehat, tidur make sure cukup bro. kalau boleh tambah supplement dan jaga pemakanan dan hydration. insyaallah dapat recovery better dan badan ready utk training. all the best bro!

Waalaikumussalam, thanks for the feedback bro. setuju dengan complex extraction process tu and pernah juga baca something macam yg bro share ni. but personally, i think it’s also depend on the frequency or dependency on the whey protein intake juga. for me, memang saya akan ambil strictly only post exercise. dan juga, throughout the day saya akan ensure minum adequate plain water. insyaallah setakat ni ok dan hopefully terus ok. but, to each their own brother ✌🏼 thanks again!

Thanks sharing. Sebagai lanjutan, boleh tak bro buka tajuk tentang jenis2 injury & tips untuk elak/pulih. Saya bbrapa bulan lepas kena runners knee dan sekarang pula ada rasa2 macam nak kena shin splint. Pace 10 je pun 😀

insyaallah2 kalau ada kelapangan nnt boleh sembang2 pasal injury. kalau runners knee tu selalunya sebab cara landing/ badan berat/ kasut firm sangat. try tengok benda2 ni. kalau shin splint ni selalunya disebabkan training load tinggi bro, pace 10 pun boleh kena if drastically kita increase distance/ running frequency/ pace without proper body recovery. cuba bro check blk

Terbaik..terima kasih bang! Info yg sgt membantu. Sy skrg cuma jogging sabtu, ahad. Sekali jogging 30 minit, cuma dpt lebih kurg 4km. Kaki dah sakit. Mungkin sbb cara larian, atau kasut kurg sesuai. Skechers gowalk je, cushion sikit. Ada rezeki nnti nk beli nike invincible atau asics novablast atau nike zoom tempo next%. Tgh aim salah satu ni..

Sama-sama, terima kasih juga for the support! Weekend jog pun ok je, untuk sesuaikan dengan kita punya free time. 30minutes tu pun kira bagus dah tu 👍🏻 kalau tanya saya, sakit tu mungkin sebab kasut kurang sesuai dengan kaki dan cara larian. Ok tiga2 kasut boleh consider dah terbaik tu tapi kalau tengok betul2 for different2 purpose. invincible more to steady run/ recovery. novablast 3 versatile daily trainer, almost boleh guna for all purpose. tempo more to quicker long distance run. nanti fikir dulu target untuk purpose apa, jenis kaki macam mana, then baru decide ok 👌🏻 kalau nak recommendation untuk pilih, tanya je, ok

Bro saya skg ni lari guna Nike Pegasus39 sebagai daily traimer. Blh suggest x kasut Nike yg lain yg sesuai ntk daily trainer. Cadang nak angkat Vaporfly Next% 2

ok, kalau bro nak Nike daily trainer lain dari peg39 bro boleh amek ZF4 atau ZF5 untuk ride yg lebih responsive. kalau bro nak yang lebih relax boleh ambil infinity react atau react miler. kalau bro ambil VN2 as daily trainer memang sedap, tapi bro punya training akan jadi more strain dan sayang outsole tak tahan 😄

hehe create sendiri pun boleh, based on apa yang kita nak target dan keupayaan diri kita. tapi, paling senang guna yang dah tersedia. macam garmin app ada garmin coach, NRC (Nike Running Club) pun ada running plan, strava kalau tak silap kena subscribe bayar. atau pun, google je pun boleh. contoh keyword: “half marathon training plan” . lepas tu pilih yang bersesuaian dengan kita. ok je no problem, x perlu sorry pun 😁 all the best!

Ok je bro, cuma please take note on the recovery. as long as cukup recovery, should be no problem. training load atau intensity pun boleh variasikan dalam masa 6 hari tu. yang penting, no injury ok! ✌🏼

Slm bang, lari topic jap.. kalo utk kaki lebar, kasut ape yg sesuai bang? Kaki size us11.. kasut Nike alphafly 2 or NB fuelcell elite/rebel sesuai tak utk kaki yg wide feet ? Mostly range 5-8km... Beginner baru nak join dunia belari😅... Skrg tgh pakai kasut Asics Hypergel Kenzen, comfort mmg comfort utk casual walk, cuma kalo nak slow/fast pace run, kaki rasa sempit sikit walaupun dah upsize half mcm yg dah direkomen oleh asics sdiri...

waalaikumussalam, ok personally kalau AF2 abg x suggest utk wide feet sbb abg yg kaki narrow pun rasa ngam2 je dekat toe box, kalau AF1 insyaallah ok lagi sbb upper dia kinda stretchable juga. kalau NB fuelcell rc elite v2, ada geng yg wide feet pakai ok tapi upsize half. kalau bro boleh try dekat outlet mmg cun. rebel pun lebih kurang sama dgn rc elite. tapi kalau bro tgk NB fresh foam 1080, mmg ada option untuk wide feet.

ok kalau VF2, pada pendapat abg kalau slightly wide OK, kalau mmg betul2 wide tak berapa sesuai l. sbb VF2 ni pun quite terkenal dengan gam terkopek antara upper dgn midsole, abg rasa kalau wide feet akan mempercepatkan proses ni berlaku 😄

sama2 bro, no problem. tu la NB elite bro boleh tgk dekat butik NB atau dekat running lab. kalau online tak dapat nak try la pula kan. hari tu ada satu brother ni nak jual murah size US10, dia salah sizing. kalau bro size tu boleh try2 tanya. apa2 pun terima kasih bro for the subscribe ✌🏼
