I'm still yet to do the forearm extensor muscles. I plan to do them all in the coming months though. I'm just finishing up a huge website revamp for all my articles and images (hence the lack of uploads recently). Should be back to regular uploads soon hopefully. Thanks for watching!

Thank you for doing this. I've been searching over and over for any sort of guidance in what I could be potentially dealing with. I was bitten by a dog in my hamstring 2 weeks ago and immediately after, I noticed I had little to no mobility in complete contraction phase or extension of leg after sitting down. The next day, my mom dropped my ankle and pushed my knee up as I was laying on my stomach, which hyperextended my knee and I suppose, tore this muscle even more or what I fear, tore it away from the knee...... Ive been trying to figure out what each muscle does because I'm in a good amount of pain still and 2 weeks later, still can't move this knee at all. Specifically, use the muscle that does this very movements.. I knew this muscle performed these two actions together, just needed to find it..Thank you. Now, how do I heal :( ... MRI in 2 days.

Ouch, that sounds very painful! Check out the acronyms 'PEACE and LOVE' with regards to physiotherapy rehabilitation. Those are presently the most up to date principles when it comes to recovering from soft tissue injury. Personally I would just avoid anything that causes a great deal of pain until you get your MRI. Once you know specifically what is wrong, you will be able to use this information to guide your recovery. The human body has amazing recovery abilities so stay positive! If the doctor doesn't refer you to a physiotherapist after your MRI, I would definitely pay to go see one. A good physiotherapist will do wonders for getting your hamstring back to its previous function. Thanks for watching, hope you feel better soon!

Hello sir, I have undergone ACL reconstruction using semitendinosus tendon as graft.. its been 8 months post op. I have complete stability but when knee is bent the tibia slides medially. Could it be because of the injured hamsting?
