But at the end the day we must address the rootcause of this challenge which is the supply/demand ratio of the dollar. If supply doesnt match demand, devaluation will persist.

Why ratio dollar so many countries are trading with themselves direct without using dollar e.g India and uae, brasil and India. We can trade with other countries without using dollar.
