As a parent and a former Adult Probation/Parole officer, congress needs to update laws and guidelines in the criminal justice system to punish people to the fullest on every aspect of the crimes committed towards children. Hawley and his colleagues are in the position to update laws to hold these criminals accountable! Pass a bill and make it mandatory for all judges to punish these predators to the fullest! Solitary confinement and sterilization should be included... (they should never be allowed to reproduce, as according to scientific evidence, cellular memory is transferred from one generation to the next.) This should be included with their conditions of probation. No less than 20 years in prison. (At minimum) The victims will suffer a lifetime. Time we hold these criminals accountable!
