I've watched countless video of Sen. Kennedy. On balance - not withstanding the man's obvious intellect - he treats senate judicial commitee hearings - as though it was actually a court of law; presumably using his experience as lawyer & special counsel in the state of Louisiana. I'm British so I have a degree of impartiality towards American politics. I would be a conservative back in the UK. I find senator Kennedy to be wildly partisan, abuses his witnesses with irrelevant lines of questing & honestly a man like this NEEDS a judge, to keep him in check. Nowadays I just skip his time since he always abuses the witnesses - whilst pretending to be an upstanding member with his P's & Q's. It is nauseating.

I'm not a fan of Zuckerberg in some aspects but this is like blaming a hammer after you missed the head on the nail, then complaining to the company about the finger you struck. At the end of the day it's a tool and it's up to the user to educate themselves. All the information is available on the platform; terms, policies, security, privacy even helpful tips on how to protect yourself and your privacy. The problem is that there's no sense of discipline and it's sad to say that the people who are impacted are the ones who didn't take the time to read the information provided. I mean let's face it, even when signing up, everyone scrolls down and just click "agree" without knowing what they're agreeing to. To put it in perspective, even Google search can be harmful if you forgot to turn on "Safe Search". Any site can bring potential dangers and anyone can be a victim, but ignorance is the true adversary. Knowledge is your weapon and education is your armor.
