This was exactly what I was looking for as I need to send an automated message to a sales group. No other platform seems to work. Sadly, it seems that this no longer works either. If I need to use the WA API (which is a serious chore) then I don't see the value in using a third party provider. Why is Meta so against being able to automate sending messages to groups?

Can you add multiple chat ids so multiple groups will get the message?

You can only add one chat id to send group message as Chat API doesn't allow to add multiple IDs but you can add multiple actions in your workflow to send message on multiple groups. For example - Trigger - Google Sheet Action - Chat API (group id 1) Action - Chat API (group id 2) Action - Chat API (group id 3) I hope this information helps. Thank you.

Hello, you can use WATI, WhatsApp by 360dialog, Interakt or WhatsApp Cloud API. All these APIs will not support sending messages to Groups.
