A slight tip I applied wayyy too late is to switch from V to Font grades in the Moonboard app. Apparently the brits consider the lower grades i.e V3, V4, V5 (and V8 for some reason) to be composed of 2 whole Font grades! It can be helpful to focus on the 6B's (soft V4's) before moving on to the 6B+'s (stiffer V4's).

I kind of agree, but also kind of wish the app would have [slash] grade options for those that fall in between, i.e. V4/5 for 6B+ and V5/6 for 6C+

Another mistake in using the moonboard is inadvertently toe hooking the sides as climber does in 2:28 mark.

Hey. I've climbed as a child but I've stopped at some point, then disability didn't allow for it anymore. I've recently been a bit better and even got back into climbing about two months ago. You're one of about three people on KZbin who majorly contributed to a big success for me: I've managed my second V3 today and it was the first with a long overhang I ever attempted. I did it twice. Thanks for your work!

Great points on the Moonboard. I would say that another "Mistake" would be to NOT use the Lists feature. Can create lists like: PROJECT problems, WARM UP problems, CRIMPY problems, POCKET problems, etc.

Most repeated are not correct for the grade, are only the easiest of the grade chosen. There are for example 7b (with low reapeats) harder than 7c (with a lot of repeats)

Great Video - just to let you know the sound is very bad and makes it quite annoying
