@@aneshiasmith1156I spoke to his X wife Tasheera about it. She said the doctors who worked at the hospital said they didn't recognise the people that injected him. Was definitely an inside job. That poison disabled his lunges out permanently. RIP.

Jersey chiming in (Paterson to be exact)....I saw X do his thing in Newark in like 2018! I can't explain it completely, but my spirit has resonated with this brother's spirit from day 1...like, I understand him, because I understand suffering and its God-given purpose in our lives. They/we/human beings don't come much more authentic/Godly than X...period!

In my opinion is that they didn't forget, but yielded to Jay-Z who was the president at this time, and Jay always had beef against DMX, Jay was always jealous like a woman, he ruined X's progress after Great Depression album, because Kevil Liles stepped down as Def Jam's CEO/president or whatever title he held, Lyor stepped away too, and Jay ruined whatever was left of that label. By shelfing DMX first. Def Jam was force stronger that Suge's label, but it had questionable leadership. They had Irv's label under it, Rocafella, Redman, LL, Method Man, DMX, countless of biggest rap stars, Onyx, and all of that label went into nothingness. Anyone else remember going to Def Jam's website back in 2000 and seeing this EMPIRE of stars there?
