This needs an update. They just released new firmware for the DIAD like a several months ago

Starting monday in NYC with supervisor training route. Im super nervous and dont believe in myself. The Diad is really intricate. The CBT Diad program had me lost and dumbfounded

You forgot to mention that you can’t bring a misloaded package back in the hub without a scan or you’ll be terminated for rolling or burning or whatever you call it in your hub

Jim Caneda different Hubs have different rules. All they require from our hub is sending it in as a missload and take instruction from that point. 90% of the time it just goes to the clerk at the end if the night and they scan it and out an acception on it.
