Maybe you can put passenger dock to center of delhi and create ship line between calcata

The connection to the airport is awful. First, i put the Airport beside New Delhi near the train station, but anyway.... I think the better connection for the airport should be utilize part of the the existing commuter line from ND to Ludhiana so you don t make extra rail and platform. You can use as i said a small part of the line to Ludhiana and then split the line and turn down to the airport. If you time the the trains right, the commuter and airport trains will not delay each other at the cross of the two lines.
