Yes, even GOD law's is to honour and take care of our Parents but it has become a trend for the aged Parents to be abandoned by their children either on the insistence of the daughter in laws or the greediness of the sons who want to take over the property from their parents but these very grown up and married children forget that one day their children will ill treat them or even more than what they have done to their parents and how can they ignore that?? May GOD protect all the senior citizens and aged Parents.

Please don't involve God in these trivial matters. In modern age, many elderly women leaded independent lives and prefer not to become a burden and choose to live in a place where they have no obligation to please anybody or live with hesitance with no freedom to do what you want to do. It doesn't always mean that you are not treated well by your children.it's your choice. Of course to enable you to do this you should have financial independence or can afford to pay the expenses to stay in a decent senior living place.
