And where’s he going with this?? Discrediting every expert still leaves their client VERY exposed. They needed to go after Chad as some dominant demon that made her do this…or bust. They’re trying to defend a mother who signed the deed to her own children’s deaths, they still don’t seem to have a game plan. Just my 2 cents 🥸

I have always thought that it took 2 people to murder JJ in that manner. He was a strong little boy. He wouldn't have just sat there and let that be done to him. I believe one person held him down, which would explain the bruises on his arms. Then, the other person wrapped the duct tape around his face, hands and legs, and placed the bag over his head. I can only imagine how he would struggle not being able to breathe. They are ALL guilty of premeditated 1st degree murder. Chad and Lori should join Alex 6 feet under.

That's his plan. His questions help the prosecution more than Lori. She can get an appeal for lousy presentation from her attorney. Duh! How can a defense attorney with common sense defend her after hearing all the testimonies of so many people laying it on the line. This could be the first case that could try a dead man for murder. No way does he look like a loving uncle, he's as looney as she is. Unbelievable, it all came together for me, because of Brandon's dream, and Jj not there the next morning. BOOM 💥 (edit) -> Lori's hair sealed my original thoughts, because of the whole scene with Brandon's dream. They all knew what happened to Zombies, they were all scared of Alex. @DebraBing
@DebraBing Жыл бұрын
I remember this from the Depp/Heard trial. I think it is because all notes and reports must be made available to opposing counsel before trial. Otherwise they could easily read off reports that were not made available if they just refer to hundreds of pages of information. I believe they can refer to and read any of their reports during their testimony, but they have to indicate exactly what document it is and have it brought up on a screen for both sides to see and check that they have copies of. It's so it remains fair for everyone. Hope that makes sense.

@KKLegal

dna takes 3 days of foundation usually. they gave her 13 minutes! thats how you know theyre railroading. evidence is not words. its testing & comparing, controlling for uncontrolled variables. did they look at the hair under a microscope? none us of know that! this is not how you define proof in a courtroom. its generalization propaganda!! how long was that hair?? i want to know. was there a root? no testimony. you cant have dna analysis w/o knowing the properties of the hair!! this is railroading. watch the news. the dna evidence was chewed up & spit out tonight.

do you know what mitochondrial dna is? hair doesnt even contain a double helix 🧬 bc theres only one set of chromosomes from the mother. none from father. so we know this is not hair dna! they lied! you cannot find any genetic dna inside a hair! it doesnt even exist in hair!!! its genetic dna from skin cells that come out w the root. did you hear testimony about that? NO! not a single mention about a root being present. wouldnt that be important to know before determining if the results are valid? hell yes!!

I dont know, my family always complains my hair is everywhere. Im surprised Im not bald. My hair will end up on my sons clothes, the bathroom floor, and sometimes in his food . a person that has long hair that puts their hair up in a ponytail will have hair laying around everywhere. It just means that JJ lived with her.

The first thing I’m gonna argue, if I’m the defense, is that the hair was already stuck on the duct tape because it was taken from Lori’s home by Alex and Lori had no idea that it was taken. Yet Lori’s defense is picking apart the witnesses education and proficiency? Really?
@HeatherRose2023

This is not the witness to argue with about where the hair was found. That is not in her purview of experience and expertise, so the defense trying to bring that up with her would be like arguing with a beer vendor about why a pitcher threw a curve ball…totally irrelevant argument.

What is shocking to me is that Lori has not asked about a plea deal. A preponderance of evidence makes that deal extremely unlikely. If she wanted to lower her sentence, now is the last chance to change her plea to guilty. Could she do that? Hmm..

I’ve been thinking and Lori claims everyone is just scared of the celestial world. That’s why I think she believed it was fine for her kids to me killed. She believed they were safe bc they had gone to heaven. She told everyone who asked her where the children were that they were happy and safe. She was absolutely delusional (obviously.) but, if she’s so geared up and ready for heaven why does she go out of her way NOT to die herself. She claimed her family and others were after her when she was in hiding and trying to kill her. Why not just let them kill you then? If you’re so ready for the celestial world then just let it happen. Not sure what her beliefs on suicide are. She may think that if she kills herself she won’t get into heaven. It’s just all so ridiculous and not an ounce of it holds up under examination and contemplation. If she believed her children were better off in heaven bc they were taken over by a dark spirit did they deserve to suffer so harshly when they were murdered viciously? It’s of note that not one person who agreed with her and was on her side was “dark spirited.” Once you started questioning her and try to have some accountability you became “dark.” It’s hard not to say she doesn’t have a severe mental disorder. I mean really… HOW can you believe this load of bs and not be sick. Maybe one reason is bc she had people like her brother, Melanie, Melanie G, Zeluma, and others buying into her bs completely. I don’t think that helped that they went along with all those teaching and encouraged this behavior. If no one but your crazy new husband is buying into what you are saying you may question things a bit more than she did. Who knows 🤷‍♀️ we probably will never understand fully. I have to also note… I heard someone talking about how getting to these theories and teachings were not so far reached as everyone seems to think. The LDS teachings arent perfect and the church doesn’t condemn or try to stop these people. They just try to ignore it. Why do alot of these crazy situations happen with LDS church? Not saying they are all bad (I don’t know enough personally.) It just seems that some of the wildest religious stances and atrocities have been by LDS members. Something to ponder.

I think she was ok with killings because she believed their shouls are already away - this is why it was ok to kill them so badly... But she herself was not dark - and therefore has no need to die. I also think she was annoyed by her kids and was over being a mom. So the new ideology just entered to an already prepared mind. She found the reason for herself. And she is a goddesss - so she cannot be wrong.

Unfortunately, most people aren’t smart enough to look through the drama and “smoking gun” of it all to know (or remember) that the boy’s mother’s long hair could’ve come from anywhere. Most people with wives and daughters know they will find these long hairs literally EVERYWHERE, especially in their laundry. They find it randomly when they’re taking a leak at work, stuck to their underwear…find it on tee shirts, socks, hairbrushes, shoes, countertops, and just virtually everywhere. It’s a pretty easy piece of evidence to dismiss.

I regularly hear these complaints about my long hair, but l can assure you that as the person who also cleans it up, most of it is not mine! It isn't just the hair that makes Lori the more likely killer. Alex was an excellent gunman, he didn't miss Tammy or Brandon accidentally, l think he meant to because he didn't really want to kill them. I don't think he had it in him to kill children that he loved. Lori absolutely did because she is a dangerous psychopath who has very likely killed before. It also makes more sense of Alex's concern at being their fall guy. Charles maybe but that could have been Lori too. Kids were drugged, Lori murdered them and Alex helped dispose of their bodies. It's not about drama, finding that hair adds more weight to a scenario that just makes more sense.

You won’t find hair on freshly pulled duct tape. Think about it, you have a roll of duct tape in a drawer. It’s not being used a ton, and even if it is you wouldn’t find a ton of hair on it. If the hair was on the duct tape on his face, that’s extremely damaging to her. Why would hair be there? On that specific piece? No explanation. If it were on the floor or on his shirt, sure, but even then it’s unlikely it didn’t come from her being involved.

For conspiracy, they don't necessarily need to prove her k!ll!ng him directly. This is just another very important piece to a circumstantial case that has her and dna that does not look good for her. After so many put together can be just as good as having "the smoking gun".
