I am thinking about this for the winter time. I am curious to see how this would work doing the exercises three to four times a week. I work 12 hour shifts so sometimes working out every day is borderline impossible. Like you I’m in my late 50s and I’m seeing a real drop in ball speed and distance. It would be nice to see if doing this three or four times a week for three months would gain significant improvement.
