He had no choice. He is old and messed up. It’s like when you’re on the subway and some 55 year-old Black guy is panhandling and he prefaces his beggar’s spiel with: “I don’t rob nobody…” Yeah, but not because you’re this wonderful, benevolent guy who has lived a non-violent life, but because anyone besides a little old lady will beat the dog shyt out of you if you tried to rob him. Similarly, I suspect this dog is also too old and tired to be a real threat to anyone.

Thank you Dr. Doug for seeing the dog, and not the age of the dog. Thank you for bringing relief, and understanding every single bright day we can give out animals counts. Also I really admire how you shrug off "accidents" and how you dissipate any humiliations the owners might be feeling. You consistently show how much you genuinely care about people and animals in these videos and in a year that just tough emotionally for me I really appreciate the uplifting, funny, and well produced content. I am a former firefighter, worked in a northeastern city. I remember one structure fire real well - during overhaul we found cages in the basement, every cage had a pitbull dog in it... some dogs were bleeding, some had sores, all of them were starving, they had eaten their own feces, no water - one of them was a female with swollen teats, but the puppies were gone....those dogs were used as tease-dogs, as bait for the fighting dogs....we had the MSPCA get them, many of them had to be put down....they also have illegal cock-fights in this city....PEOPLE SUCK

Man, is that sacrotuberous ligament accessible on a human, or would the coccyx be in the way? One reason I love watching chriopractic and massage videos is they help me bring attention to the places in my own body that are being worked on on the patient on screen, and seeing that pressure on the sacrotuberous ligament I just feel like I want that done to me too.

@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen Thank you Dr. I also have a 12 yo Pembroke Welsh Corgi, who @4 yo injured her back. She apparently tried to jump up onto the couch in excitement to see my daughter 's stepsons from under the coffee table. My daughter is a Veterinarian so fortunately was able to get some pain meds and steroids into her fairly quickly before she headed back to Texas. 😥 Moxie became very neurologic and couldn't stand up. It was easy for me to see the 2 vertebrae that were heaved up. After being confined to her crate for a month, she began acupuncture, cold laser, and chiropractic. It saved her life. She still goes to see my vet/chiropractor every weeks to keep her adjusted, because Moxie is a Corgi who insists on jumping around on her hind end trying to get the cats who torture her from the island. And oh, by the way, I had Polio, which for your viewers, is a neurological disease. So I think that I have had way too much experience with neurology.🙄

Hi Dr Doug, I’ve got an 8 yr old King Charles Cavalier who in the last week has hurt the same back leg as diesel. I tried the paw 🐾 test she wanted to put it back but after about 20 sec where as her others she did instantly. Is there any pain relief you can give to dogs or a liniment that you can rub on to the skin that’s not toxic? I’d like to be able to give her a massage and try to help her back leg get moving. Keep the great videos coming, I love them ❤👍🏻
