Please join me for these pain relieving exercises that can be done in a standing or seated position. Grab a chair even if you are performing the exercises standing so you have it for stability and to assist with some stretches.
All movements are osteoporosis friendly ( no rounding or twisting of the spine) and are great for better posture and improved range of motion in the shoulder area. The stretches are perfect for shoulder issues and pain as well as neck pain.
This quick workout will leave you feeling lighter and lifted! Please let me know how you enjoyed it and leave me a comment!

This will forever be one of my favorite videos! It feels wonderful to stretch like this in the morning, especially because I had a medical injection yesterday and the injection site is sore. This was exactly what I needed! My shoulders and arms are, gently, saying, "Thank you!"

I have severe anxiety and asthma leading to chest pain and nervousness and this helped in so many ways. I’ve been sick for about a week and haven’t been able to keep solids or liquid down but this opened up my chest so much and relieved me immensely

THIS was delicious! I can't believe you gave me stretches I've never done! I feel great! I can see doing these while my tea brews in the morning. I'm usually too dopey to do big workouts until later in the day.

The best! I have an issue at the moment with my neck and one shoulder and this workout really helps. your instructions are so clear its all easy to follow and the reassurance about strange noises was helpful! . I'm not convince I'm taller though unfortunately !

I am new to your channel and loving it! Two reasons you go at a pace that I can follow! I have a neck injury from my youth as well as a weak back that many people struggle with! My experience with other videos is that for a beginner with issues. It just leads to so much pain after the first video I just have to give up and try to recover. My goal is to be able to do the tasks around my house and yard without the extra pain that comes from weak muscles! I just can’t thank you enough ❤

Request and favour to ask - many years ago (back in 1975) had scoliosis surgery surgical steel rod and lots of fusing! - from shoulder blades down to just below waist, as you can image very little flexibility. In 2020 due to medical circumstances and constant pain retired early and now on Disability Support Pension age 62yrs, on Disability for 3.5 yrs. Decided to focus on improving and strengthening the health of my body. So far I'm thrilled with all the work I have been doing. Not sure if this is your area of expertise of not - though here goes. What are the chances of a workout for pilates or yoga or other exercise focusing on this? As I said, if this is out of your area of expertise, then I completely understand. I am fairly active, use your workouts on regular basis along with walking as often as possible, all wonderful by the way, thank you.

Good for you for staying as active as you are! I have had several requests for osteoporosis friendly yoga& Pilates. I think this would also be a good workout for you with similar exercises.
