Hi Lauren, my sister-in-law turned me on to you. You are marvelous! I especially like the dia rections to lower the shoulders since they are usually up around my ears. You also have a wonderful selection of various workouts. Keep up the good work. Happy Holidays.

Lauren, I have been following you for the better part of a year now, although have not been very consistent. I wanted to tell you how much your workouts have helped me and this one I clicked on today and it just made me so happy!! (Not to mention how good I feel!). I can’t wait to do some of the other holiday workouts this week and will be more consistent in the New Year. Also, I had been going to PT for arthritis in my neck and I told my therapist about your workouts. He loves new inspiration so he looked you up. I can’t say for sure, but I think he will be recommending you to other clients. Have a Blessed Holiday!

Hello Lauren, Thank you for always giving mindful, appropriate workouts. I have enjoyed the year and look forward to next year’s line-up. I realize that some KZbin folks constantly change their location and line-up; please don’t. Your consistency is what helps me to concentrate on either higher weights or more reps. Used 12 lb weights throughout workout! Thank you so much for your continuous reminders for proper form, etc. very helpful in keeping us strong and not hurt.. you are the best Lauren! Have a Great Week End! 💪💪💪

Really good workout. Did yesterday and repeated today. Sore lower back, right side, but I think that was muscular, not spinal pain I hope. Might be too early to say this, but I think my dizziness improved. I would get dizzy every time. I just put my head down or move it from side to side, but after this exercise it kind of went away, the dizziness.

Thank you so much. I have lost my flexibility and gained weight. I wanted to start some small these workouts are my saviour. I hope to do everyday but sometimes i can and sometimes i cant. I am trying to be regular and lose weight.

I love that you mentioned the kitchen counter. I find myself doing stretches all the time. It helps a lot! Decided to try this one. My knee healed from the scrape/bruise a few months ago. It's still been sore. Especially with the roller coaster weather. This felt good in my hips too. Will definitely add this to my favorites. Thanks again! 😊❤💪

Another great session. I have to say, honestly, if it weren’t for the strength, balance and stretching I’m getting from these videos, I would not have been able to sit on an elementary school gym floor for a recent assembly and get myself back to standing as gracefully as I did! It’s silly, but it’s true. I feel the difference and I thank you Lauren/ senior shape ❤️🎄#60

I have been enjoying your classes for almost one year and your work outs are perfect. Great yoga exercises that help with relaxation and strength. Adding the weight lifting is an extra plus. I have to do chair yoga as get dizzy if I am trying to watch someone from the floor so you are wonderful!!!
