You can clearly see that what Oikura did was a mistake, a very bad one but a mistake indeed. The next second after stabbing Araragi's hand she herself is shocked for what she did and Senjougahara's ko was enough punishment for her. Though i did hated her very much in the beginning and wanted Kiss-shot to rip her in half i only realized later why was she behaving like this
