If there would be a word to describe Senna is - perfect balance. He had this supernatural capacity to understand his surrounding. Looking in retrospect I really think that he had the ambition of being president of Brazil. He built a connection with Brazilians that was really impressive. I was 12 when he passed away and now at 42 I still have a deep interest in his personality. I think he knew that what makes Brazil an eternal "development country" is not only corruption (which plays a big part), but a huge amount of incompetence of our ruling elite. Being rich extremely COMPETENT and popular as he was, he could have won a election very, very easily.

His death made many Brazilians stop watching F1, for us it lost all the fun. You can understand his connection with his country by how he won the Brazilian GP, he had won every thing but never on his country, the car got stuck on 6th gear but he kept going, by the end of the race he couldn't move his arms (and the audio of him celebrating is amazing). He started a foundation that keeps helping children even after his death. His funeral was unbelievable, a casket with his helmet on top of it, the country stopped. Ayrton Senna was part of my childhood. We watched F1 racing every weekend when the F1 season was on and i was one of the many people who watched Ayrton smash into the wall at the Tamburello corner during the san marino grand prix in 1994 and after reading the paper the next morning and seeing the photos of the wrecked Williams, i felt something die inside of me but i didnt know that he had died. Last year i had a dream that i had saved his life by warning him about the possible crash at the san marino grand prix and in the dream Ayrton had heeded my warning/premonition and finished last, and after the race he came over to me, took my hand in his and said "thank you for saving my life". I have spent every day after having that dream that i will get to save this great man's life in another life and feel the intense pride and gratitude that came after. Rip Ayrton, i miss you ❤❤❤❤

I never met him but followed his career closely especially in the early nineties, and to this day I’m fascinated by Ayrton Senna. I don’t even know how to explain exactly why this is, but I certainly will never forget Senna either.

This dude is one of my heroes. Senna was a G who happened to be a racing driver true greatness.

Ayrton was such a special person. I went to British Grand Prix practice day on Friday in 93. In those days, you could visit the pits. I got to see Senna in person. He was talking to his mechanics behind the garage and I waved at him. He waved back. He will always be my hero.

Lucky, lucky man to be able to share in Senna's life. What an experience that must have been.

Was my favourite driver from a kid and the reason I love driving. Was sad when he passed away. What a amazing person and still inspirational to this day and forever will be.
