@m999The problem is Senna has this winrate after their first round of ranged-specific nerfs to lethality items. Items definitely cause issues here but that's more down to the fact that Lethality is a pretty poorly designed stat and lends itself to a lot of issues as a result of it. Senna herself has also gotten buff after buff after buff after buff and it all culminated when Lethality became a more consistent scaling stat than Crit. (And even if lethality numbers were reduced across the board, Senna gets free crit anyway so it's at moot point) If they really want to fix issues in general, lethality should be outright removed from the game. If they want to solve the _Senna_ issue, Senna is the thing that needs changes. She shouldn't get full crit damage since she gets crit for free, she should have to build Heal & Shield Power to increase her healing, not Lethality. There are more issues beyond this imo but those are the big issues that cause her to be extremely fucking strong rn before even accounting for Lethality being stronger.
