I've owned a Sennheiser K6/ME-66 combo for about 7 years now. It's absolutely fantastic. I usually have it side-by-side with a Rode NTG1, both going into a Tascam DR-100 recorder (one on the left channel, one on the right). It's a great setup for interviews or general voice work.

Thanks for the advice, but what's with the scene at 1:00? Is your dog getting killed by that blue orb?

Fantastic review. I use the same mic with a Zoom F3 and it’s awesome for my bird sound recording

Check out the ME67 microphone capsule for the K6. The longer tube should give you a more narrow angle.

Good idea. He can still use his K6 power module that way.

Outstanding review! Just what I wanted to know, how sensitive was it from the back and sides. I know it has a hypercardiod pattern but wanted to know the sensitivity at various distances. Do you have an me64, would love to see the same test. You have a great delivery and very personable, I could see you on a TV network as host.

Hi Joseph No I don't have a me64. But I do have another video on the ME66 where I talk about how i found away to bring the sensitive down a little bit. here is the link kzbin.info/www/bejne/qoewY2WKd9ugr7s

Why didn't you choose the Sennheiser ME67 ?
@skakdosmer7 жыл бұрын
I just bought the ME66 and the K6. I don't see anything in any of the manuals about recommended cable lengths. Where did you find the 3 metre limit?
