Hey guys!
We haven't had Indian food for while and it was lunch time, we searched for the best Indian cuisine in the area and food this gem! I loved them concept of local ingredient, farm to table. The Chicken tikka masala was SENSATIONAL! One to remember!! And the butter chicken sandwich was a great dish! Never seen that before :) Every time I eat indian food im reminded about how much I love it haha you gotta check this place out!

♥️ Good to know that you are a lover of Indian food! Just a few suggestions. Nan and rice are not eaten together because we don't like to turn it into burrito. Tandoori items except the breads and chats and samosas, etc., are eaten as enteree. Main course dishes are eaten with breads or rice. 😂😂😂

Whatever, it's not a "traditional Indian food" neither authentic. Infact whatever she did try, was not authentic Indian food. Gobi Manchurian is a fusion Indo-chinese food. Sandwiches are anything but Indian.

soo glad you liked it .. just a tip next time when you eat Indian food just remember that the Naan goes separately without the rice. You eat rice with the curry usually ... and you dont mix naan and rice together :)

Dear friend it's all about experience, once they grow out of rice plus naan taste they will learn to eat each separately. Remember that foreigners mix rice plus naan to lower the spice of the curry, or it's just a fun mix, where you don't need another plate or new start. We learnt it because we eat either naan or roti or rice separately at home. But foreigners never got that chance most of their dishes are mix and match. Pizzas, meat loaf, pancake all can add something to each unlike Indian 🇮🇳dishes. Hence, they will gain more experience and learn to appreciate each dish separately. One more factor is they love to have everything in a go which saves time. Once they visit Indian weddings and eat with Indians they will see the classic taste of each dish.

And why to wait for someone to first come out of the bordem to try both the things separately. PS: I'm just stating facts and there is no hate

The chef's name and the decor of the restaurant looks Spanish. Are you sure this is not a Spanish restaurant serving Indian food? What they called 'crispy cauliflower' has an Indian name which is 'Gobi Manchurian'. Also as someone said, rice and nan are eaten separately, never as a sandwich or burrito as happens in Spanish or Mexican restaurants.

Great content ❤️ You should try Indian style veg burgers. I have tried veg burgers in North America and the taste is very close to chicken or non veg burgers. My brain was super confused, cos I'm used to eating veg burgers in India in places like KFC and mc d and they use actual veggies and not the false meat Patty's. Again these are flavourful, not sure if you will like it but again suggestions when it comes on twists to indian cuisine.

Try Kadai Paneer, Dal Makhani with Tandoori Roti. For drink order Masala Lemonade. For desserts you can order hot Gulab Jamun/ Rabri Faluda Kulfi/ hot Gajar Ka Halwa. Tell them to bring dessert after you finish the food. Also try Honey Chilli Potatoes ( heavy appetizer) you will lick you fingers

Crispy cauliflower is called cauliflower chillie in most part of India. Gobi manchurian is all different type.. in Gobi manchurian they use fine chopped cabbage ginger garlic chillie spices n mix together with flour then deep fried.. and crispy cauliflower is cut pieces of cauliflower coated with spice flour n deep fried. Cabbage is gobi and FulGobi is cauliflower.. 😂 and we India don't call Crispy Cauliflower , Gobi manchurian both different dishes.

10:17 That chicken sandwich looks very Americanized. It looks like a chicken burger with coleslaw and with fries. That's not an Indian dish. This isn't right. They didn't need the tandoor. It is overpowered with the coleslaw and burger format. It is hard to imagine what they could be going for with this flavor combination. It doesn't even work as a fusion food. I don't recommend this type of item.
