Any dumbass who sounds as bad as a lot of those "contestants" do deserve to be laughed at! I'm sure the only person who ever told them they were any good was their mother. I'm actually a pretty good singer, & wouldn't even THINK of auditioning because I know I'd never make it past bootcamp, if I even got enough ye yeses to go ... because I don't hold a candle to most of those good singers. So yeah, delusional people deserve to get laughed at.
