Just what I needed for my tennis elbow. It felt better after the massage and I'll repeat this to see if I can get some long term relief.

Awesome. Tennis elbow can be tricky-- it takes time to change patterns involving our hands/arms because they are some of the more habitual areas. Try some of the octopus lessons-- even the feet ones can help for overall hand/arm relaxation. I have more on my Patreon but there is a lot here.

This can be more helpful to me if i unerstood hand foot reflexology, i think , this helped alot, but, still have tensions underarm , one one side my whole ribcage . i am wrote handed, but, use my left alot because the brain injury,i had caused poor coordination on the right. ( i feel i confuse my vody mind.) 🙃😏

There are so many lessons here for you that will help with this-- be gentle to rebuild your coordination and understanding. It takes time with brain injury, resting in between learning is so helpful to integrate the lesson.

@@SensingVitality i understand the brain injury , thingy, i hav🎉e had it since 1981, now with menopause and diagnosis of osteoporosis , I am dicusted oh the challenges of life….. Right now. Sorry to say .!
