🍃🦋Hi Annie! I liked it! Having difficulty with shoulder mobility is so annoying... the movements suggested by kinesiologists are also annoying, time and time again I come across the same impossibilities... Tapping offers something different, some kind of softness, comfort. I hadn't noticed this relationship between the shoulders and the heart and emotions... Your using the word "trick" makes sense, because somehow, there must be a "magical" component in this process of unraveling a pain, a limitation, whatever it may be...🌱🦋

Shoulder pain is challenging for sure. Softening does begin in the heart -- an inside job, so to speak. :). It's a gentle way to heal but takes courage and patience. Thanks for writing.

Thanks for this helpful video, Annie! I once discovered that a gentle dance routine helped relieve my shoulder. I would just do very small and gentle bouncing and swaying type movements while listening to music and it really helped to loosen up the shoulder area and relieve a lot of pain and stiffness.

You post so many.. and I'm grateful. But I can't find the squirrel cheek one for my TMJ that really helped. Should have never had that c-spine fusion. I'm burning up while I sleep @ night. Or.. don't sleep.😢
