So right, i've given so much compassion to people who seek help, go through drugs and all sorts and living in a bad environment and I feel I'm doing good enough to help, I donate food and do the best I can with what I have, I'm Buddhist and I've learnt a lot from it!

if i stopped by everyone that had a sign up and a hand out i'd be broke by the end of the week. I had to take a Greyhound bus across the states to live with some other family for a bit. i had some money to buy food on my way across. my parents told me not to give any money to people because they're either going to try to sell me something or other homeless people are going to start asking for money. i got about halfway through into Louisiana when i was really hungry so i bought myself some breakfast. A man came up to me while i was heading to the bus, tried to talk me up and asked if i was going to school, am i part of this or that church, yada yada. and then asked me if i could give him 20$ for him and his GF (who was not in sight or did not exist) could get a ticket. told him i needed most of my money so i could eat on my way over but foolishly gave him 5$. He then proceeded to try to sell me pills to try to dig more money out of me. i told him that i don't take pills and the bus driver said if i buy drugs from anyone hes not letting me back on the bus. he tried to talk me up a bit more and i said i had to leave and went ahead and went on the bus. Anyone that thinks that everyone is on the streets because they're just unfortunate is a fool. Some of them just want to be homeless and are fine sucking up money for drugs all day long. Bruno here seemed to be a guy with a good head on his shoulders that was worth helping but not everybody is worth helping. i only have so much money to give to people and im not going to throw it at the broken addicts that i see more of every day. Maybe the average character of people in france/europe etc is different but most of the characters i see on the streets here in the US are just losers and i have very little emotional energy or capital to just give out to them.

@@PatrickRatmanyou would very quickly lose your mind if you never had a place to lay your head down, your next meal, shower, or even toilet was never guaranteed, just existing gets you harassed by the police, let alone the story behind why they’re in that position. which yes includes drugs and addiction. many people also fail to realize that since living on the street is so difficult and distressing, people often turn to drugs to cope. your thinking is very black and white and assuming you know anyone’s history and judging them to be less than human is sad to hear and i hope you change your mind to be more empathetic. also, nobody is saying you have to give anyone money. if you’re worried about them spending it on drugs you can give them food if you want. lol

I'm disabled and use a wheelchair but when I take my tiny 7lb dog out she stops to meet everyone! Walks take us a long time but seeing how she makes people laugh and smile makes my day as well😊. My partner was homeless and attention, kindness and decency is taken for granted but a simple but of loving from a dog can change that person's day, the way they feel about themselves, it's a priceless gift xx😊😊

Sir, you have in your position a jewel that no amount of money in the world can purchase. Thank you to listen to what your beautiful fur child is telling you and teaching you. That is probably one of the most heartwarming things that I have ever seen. Such a sweet dog. Huskies are beautiful inside and out. Kinda reminded me of my encounter with a white Shepherd who ran off from her homeless owner. The guy was so moved that I would even speak to him and loved to tell me about his dog. She was a beauty. And the story in this video is tapped off well with little Suki. Her big brother is rubbing off on her.

Dogs are very, very sensitive. They just have a sixth sense about people. They give them their space. They know when they need a hug or just someone to talk to. Unlike human beings, they don't judge. No human can match the unconditional asking absolutely nothing return love that any animal can give except a child, but then again they grow up. Paris! France! For me it is so nice to see because my late mother was from France. And the people talking have the accent my mom had even though they were speaking in french. The dog is so beautiful. And such a special dog. She taught her owner about life and goes out and brightens people's day. And helps some be able to get back to life. This is a wonderful, amazing dog
