Sensory Issues At Work and Home

I deal with a lot of sensory Issues that have kept me from working a lot of jobs, so let's talk about it shall we?

Hugs sensory issues suck we’ve struggled a lot with them. Being around people is overwhelming at times. Foods constant,y an issue but keep trying we can eat things now what as kids we couldn’t go near. With sound try ear plugs or ear defenders they can help a lot. They give us anxiety but others find them great. With jobs maybe join fb groups for your area for people with sensory issues/autism they might be able to point you in a good direction if you even want to say volunteer somewhere. With the touch thing maybe you like the touch but others in your system Domt and it makes them panic which causes you to struggle breathing . That can be said for smell and taste too some of the system might like it and others Don’t so your brain gets mixed signals and doesn’t know how to respond so goes to flight mode and rejects it to be safe. Urgh so much more to right about but brains like a melty puddle 🙈 sorry . Keep being you
