So i had this problem : I got all the mats, for the quest, but when i went to see the drake, he wasnt there. It's probably because i bought a lvl 110 boosted char from blizzard, (i would Imagine the same thing happens if you have been boosted to 110 by twinks) You can't see the drake, because you haven't done the Stormheim sotry line yet. What you gotta do i go get the quest called "Stormheim". you can see it in the top of the stormhiem world map. start completing the story line, and half way in you'll meet thrymjaris. You'll be able to do artifact skin quest. Took me about 20-30minutes. ilvl 930. S orry for the novel and bad english, hope it helped.

Same problem but I fixed it. So u need to make some quests which appears on the stormhelm map. I dont realy remember which one but finally the line take u to vethir & once u saved vethir from a quest he take u to thorms peak. U need to complete hearth of the dragon (or something like that ) quest & that quest take u to save another dragon (questgiver). So thats all mate. Its late but may be it helps :D Enjoy ur sword

Make note if its a boosted rogue you have to progress in stormheim to see Vethir.

Hey Sensus, there is huge changes coming to Sub next patch and its on PTR right now. Seems like the old sub playstyle we love is coming back but you should test it out and let us know what you think :)

I have an boosted rogue and haven’t done the quests in Stormheim and don’t have the dragon to talk to, do I really need to do all the quests in Stormheim to get the dragons to talk to. If so that’s shit! How come all rogue special things is so hard to obtain? Please can someone respond to this just so I know what to do!?

i also boosted my rogue, just did the quest line up until we can go to the peak and talk to her :) doesnt take long literally 30mins max. enjoy :)
