Hey man, I've been using all the recommended talents but one.. so can I just ask why it's better to use Internal Bleeding over Prey On The Weak? I'm aware that IB does a significant amount of damage and adds more burst into your opener, but surely with POTW that's just a solid 10% increase to all your openers and whenever you kidney shot something in your rotation for the CC, on top of the fact that it benefits your arena partner/s too. Basically I can see reasons why both might be good, but am I missing something or is IB just that much better? And if so, is there any specific class and/or comp you could be playing with or against where POTW would be more useful?

Hey man, I just found this out by testing recently but start with garrote for the opener. That way it will get the 100% increased damage from Subterfuge. If you open with CS, you won't get it.

Nice video man. I'm making the switch to assassination even after the nerfs. I tried sub but it is pretty boring to me, I feel like there is no finishing power with that spec. Haven't played assassination in a long time, it looks fun though.

Kevin Norberg it's a trinket from neth lair dungeon. does something like an extra 50k damage when it procs. don't know if the damage procs in duels but shows the animation for it. defs doesn't proc at all in bg and arena. had it on my demon hunter

Both options are great. But Master Poisoner reduce the healing effect received on target for more 5%, totalizing 30%, and Hemorrhage make bleed hit harder.

Why wouldn't you take hemorrhage instead, in order to have 25% increased bleeding damage? In my logic, the most effective opener would be yours but with hemorrhage before you apply rupture. Dont you think so too? I am a bit confused now haha. One last question: Do you think from the shadows is the most important for the beginning since I just got my rogue to 110.

hey Sensus, how important do you think being efficient with your combo points is? one of assass rogues passives is u get an extra point when you crit, so my opener has been: cheap shot>mutilate then if that gives me 5 i use cheap shot, if it gives me 4, i use garrote the cs. with your opener, if mutilate crits u waste 1 cp, is that bad? for the same reason, i take hemorage so i have a no cd ability that can help me go from 4 to 5 points

Helluva good rogue channel. How do you get way past 2k rating like Sensus? Well u run his masteries and talents and repeat the opener he shows. Works every time! Srsly man^^ There's so much stuff u could teach worse players, that is actually valuable: How to counter other classes, breakdown your arena games, explain how to get out of tough situations and counter certain matchups, show ur macros addons and keyboard layout( less useful ofc.) But nop! Being a doctor of maths you teach ppl to count 1-10.

Hi Sensus, great vids always a big fan. Just one thing to clarify on openers, why is it CS>Garrote>Mutilate instead of CS>Mutilate>Garrote? Don't you benefit from 1 more second of CC? Cuz it seems like I can trigger that silence from garrote within subterfuge's three seconds in this sequence as well

It's to get the bleed up asap to start regenerating energy. It's not used for CC when opening with cheap shot.

Does hemorrhage not compete with master poisoner? 25% more bleed damage is huge. Poisons can be cloaked or removed. Let me know what you think. I've been rolling hemo in pvp and it works well especially when you are 1 point short of 5. Low energy cost is nice.

I'd say both are viable but master poisoner is slightly better for arenas imo since you have the extra healing reduction that you can spread to other targets to increase pressure and there's less upkeep involved.

Just to demonstrate what a mage is gonna do at that point in the rotation, so in that case when the mage blinks you just shadowstep over to them and throw them in a kidney shot.

As of right now for 3's its always gunna be sub spec. While ass is a lot of fun to play, in 3's its just not as viable as sub is especially with subs crazy mobility, cc, and self heals. Now in 2's ass can be viable and a lot of fun cause u and ur partner can basically burst someone down before they even get outta that second stun (kidney) and then of course its a quick 1v2 especially if you play with like a arms warrior that is running with the pain train honor talent pshh might as well be over before it began lol :)

Ronnie Prakash Marked for death doesn't fill energy, it just gives you max combo points. Vendetta fills energy once you get the artifact trait.

You can now transmog not only the look of other gear/weps like uve always been able to but you can also transmog the look of enchants as well. Its done in the same place you do all your regular transmogs. Hope this helped

If you garrote from stealth he gets silenced, so you dont need to cs him.By not doing so your kidney shot will last all the 6 sec, because you didnt used cs to start the diminishing return

To get to know how to play ur rogue very efficient and effectively. You have to start from lv 1 and level it... plain and simple you learn as you go. I boosted a warlock didn't know jack shit till I leveled one to lv 90 and I know what to do in a duel. But yeah this is a very good guide.

Just some constructive criticism: I noticed in most of your guides a lot of time is spent on just reading tooltips of skills that people can already do. This makes the video kinda boring and unnecessarily long. Instead, I'd suggest spending more time on explaining WHY you chose a talent that you chose and not the other options. Why not hemo or elaborate planning? If bleeds are so good why not hemo? Why not nightstalker for snapshotting? Why not deeper strategem for more dmg? If some are more for pve and not pvp, why are those not viable for pvp? Imo people want to know why a top pvper chooses what he chooses. You do talk about good things such as picking exanguinate, creeping venom vs. system shock, orc racial + relentless etc., all im saying is focus more on that for every tier cuz I'm sure people always wonder "why ___ and not ___". Im totally not hating, just trying to help out. Thanks for putting out these videos! +1 like
