This judge reminds me of a typical conservative. They know exactly what is right and what is wrong. Yet, he is guilt strictened by this thugs mother so much so that he lets him off basically.

Excellent judge. He gave the defendant the business, told him exactly what he needed to hear to hopefully get his mind right, probably scared the shit out of him that he was going to do 50 years, but then sentenced him to an extremely fair 10 years so he could still have a second chance at becoming a decent person.

I'm sure it's not the first time he was told that by a judge so I doubt it.

I’m so happy this AWESOME judge told this guy a few truths about his Mama’s interference! Josh, I’m a fairly new subscriber and I have to tell you that your channel is so GREAT!! It’s one of the first ones I check out every morning and you never, ever disappoint. In fact, you usually make my day with your positive attitude and important commentary. But nothing, and I mean NOTHING is better than an impromptu Lucy sighting! Thank you for everything you do, Josh. Have a GREAT day! 👏💯❤️🇨🇦🇺🇸🐾🦴

Since the Fathers abandon and leave them for dead. I wonder what would happen if his Mother did the same? I guess he’d be better off huh? Black men never like to take accountability for being deadbeat and missing bio Fathers. Sad state of affairs imo. If the Father cared to stick around maybe he wouldn’t be going to prison at all.

That was such an insincere apology. The way he emphasized the fact that he was a "young teenager" instead of the actual "sorry", in an attempt to get a lighter sentence says he isn't sorry he did it. He's sorry he got caught.

USA is a shithole because of long sentences. 10years is too long. Long jail times create more criminals and prevent rehabilitation. The system IS THE PROBLEM and that judge has a sheltered life of luxury he's never had the parents letting him have kids at 14yo and a mom who enables bad behavior and father who is not in his life cus he's in jail. The system creates more crime. Now his kids will grow up fatherless and those are more likely to do crime hence the cycle repeats because of the SYSTEM.
