The issue most people have is that individuals who randomly attack people on the streets often face little to no jail time in certain parts of the country, and minimal sentences in most states. For instance, the man who broke into my home and threatened my family only served eight years, despite the fact that I testified that if we hadn’t managed to break his gun’s slide during the struggle, he would have killed me. This happened in Missouri. Just three months after his release, he shot a police officer.

Many children with emotional are either dealing with untreated diseases or trauma beyond the surface. a poor quality environment only perpetuates a neglect to receive the help that’s needed. Some children also have a different learning style from others when most classes go for an archival learning style at a desk. The states will find ways of exploiting our problems for profit. Adults like this guy will be isolated without help as it’s designed to isolate candidates for imprisonment in environments where citizens are in survival mode. Football practice isn’t changing anything if they’re still coming angry, they need discipline in regards to their health also.

@Puggalug
@Puggalug Ай бұрын
It's important to consider the context here. The man in question wasn't just someone who acted out impulsively. From the reports, it seems he had a history of violent behavior and a criminal record, which likely factored into his sentencing. Jumping over the bench to attack a judge isn't just about one isolated act-it's a direct threat to the judicial process itself and puts the safety of everyone in the courtroom at risk. Comparing this to “criminals who are killing regular citizens” oversimplifies the issue. The legal system weighs each case based on its specific circumstances, prior history, and the potential risk the person poses to society. Sentencing in such cases serves not only as punishment but also as a deterrent to protect judicial officers and preserve the integrity of the court. The situations aren't directly comparable.

Depends on where you live and how it’s wealthiest societies manipulate the game that will keep them rich. Look at places where there’s so many hospitals and notice that quality food markets are way across town from the urban areas. In some of these places across the U.S. you’ll find that there’s many incarceration camps in one area and schools that have withdrawn educational resources in the cities in its proximity. For certain crimes you’ll get sent to prison for in one state that you’ll get a slap on the wrist for in another depending on what’s the best way to bleed insurance companies through negligence of equitable rights. The neglect of treatment starts with the corruptive nature of its highest grossing corporations, and how the people at the bottom in surrounding areas are viewed as a scapegoat for those up top. That’s to cover for potential losses in those top earning companies under sponsorship of those corporations. The illusion that you’re crazy for wanting more and that you’ll never break away from the same cycles is how they keep marginalized groups in. Free game.

Nobody has the right to put their hands on anyone else, unless that person is about to physically assault them. The judge was not doing that. It's a violation of their rights/boundaries/personal space. If you haven't learned that yet then you're part of the problem. This dude needed counseling and anger management a long time ago. Did everyone catch the statement the judge wrote? If she had her way he would get life in prison for no possible parole. That was just for jumping at her with very minimum injury. Compare this to a murderer that after killing someone and found guilty and a JUDGE (like herself) only sentenced them to a few years in prison. What a contrast.

It was about intent. He was prevented from causing more harm because the bailiff jumped in. You attack a judge or police officer, you are doing hard time, regardless of how much damage you inflicted. It demonstrates contempt for the system and society. Maybe he can try appealing, but the video evidence is there.

@@phillydisco-h1r Oh I believe he should serve the appropriate amount of time for his crime(s) (there was the crime he committed before jumping at the judge). I am just saying that a murderer who serves a small amount of time because the victim meant nothing to the judge is wrong for the family of the victims. It is sad how people are insensitive unless it effects them personally.
