Hi Nathan, awesome video! i purchased your book and the templates (they are awesome). just one question i have is around the "Backlinks" Sheets. could you explain what you mean by the "Organic Traffic column", you have them separated under 10k-20k, 20-100k, 100k+. Is this the total traffic for the referring domains or backlinks that you have broken up into segments?

It's a way to see the quality of the backlinks that your competitors have. So if they have many backlinks from strong websites with traffic, then you'll need to model them

Sorry, final question. I've followed your previous teachings on going for low hanging fruit keywords with low KD and enough search volume, with success. That approach seems to have been abandoned in this video. Any reason? I've gone from being clear about what makes sense to unsure on the best appraoch.

Still a solid approach, but identifying opportunities based on position is only stage one. I focused on part two in this video (analyzing intent and prioritizing keywords based on revenue potential)

There are many variables, but hosting, images, and lack of caching are a few of the biggest factors that weigh a site down. I use a combination of Siteground (+ it's plugins) and Generatepress to attain high speeds

You should NOT have a deep intro, period. The intro should answer the main query directly and should be transitional. You are wrong in advising that.

That is true in some instances, but not for every keyword. The intro should be contextual to the keyword. If someone is searching "what time is it in St Louis," you should give the answer right away. But a keyword like "how to start an SEO business" is not a simple, transactional answer and establishing credibility is critical.
