When you say "build these pages", are blog pages fine or do you literally mean individual pages where the H1 is "Dentist in London". Because I can make a blog post with the title "Best Dentist's in London". Side question, would a page with H1 "Dentist Near Me" do anything or is it not going to work? Thanks!

Nathan, I’m just wondering when you create separate pages for several locations, do you include these in any kind of navigation menu on the site or just in the xml sitemap? Some of my clients service several cities and I’m not sure it’s best to list these all in the main nav.

I wouldn't go directly for "dentist + city" - but you'd definitely have a chance in the sub-niches like "endodontist + city"
