I am mostly Celtic and love traditional Celtic music but even more love the new Celtic music. Music is a language, and language changes and develops a new vernacular. It grows/ changes or dies. Is maith liom an t-amhrán seo! Even though I only understand maybe a quarter of the lyrics it’s great to read them along with the song. Plus it’s catchy as hell! That helps a lot to get a better feel for the Irish language - I’m learning for one and a half years now. Beannachtaí ón Ghearmáin!
