If it's too spicy you can just add 2 tablespoon of obnoxious blue, mix him/her with peppercorn and soy source and they look mad, so now he is ready to serve with noodles, according to senokyoung.

@@SeonkyoungLongest my sauce turned out oily. I used the chilli in oil (black bean) it is a chinese brand. I wanted to make yours, but didn't get time. Any suggestions on what I can do next time? Also, I skipped out on szechuan peppercorn because I didn't have it. I think this may have affected the flavour.

I’ve made this multiple times now and it has become a favorite of mine! Make sure to make her chili oil. It really is much better than any others I’ve tried/made. All the dancing for it is well deserved lol

For everyone whose wondering if this is as good as it looks : YES I'm a beginner's cook and decided to try this dish..we didn't have the tahini dressing so we substitute that with peanut sauce and we unfortunately didn't get the mustard cabbage and instead used bakchouy instead.. It's pretty damn good and so easy to make! So thank you so much for this recipe💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Honestly, the ending bit where you ate the food, and thought out loud about it while you ate it actually was the best feedback for how good it is. Because we can see someone who knows the dish well still appreciate it and the complexity, instead of just a few bites and a thumbs up. More authentic and more interesting. Very good video!!!

I make a big batch of this sauce and keep it in the fridge. I have Dan-Dan noodles around 2 times a week. This is a great recipe!! (If you can’t find the toasted sesame paste, just roast your own seeds and make it yourself - tastes way better when you’ve roasted them yourself).

I just made this tonight and OH MY GOD it is so delicious!!!!! So delicious!!! The tahini gives it a great flavor base and the chili oil give it a little heat that is addicting. I added kimchi for the pickle flavor and purple cabbage for a crunch. This was so easy and so very flavorful! I LOVE IT!!!

This is sooo good! I made it yesterday, it's absolutely delicious. I made a vegan version with crumbled tofu and some diced shiitake mushrooms instead of the pork. It is also a very quick recipe - perfect for weeknights. It shouldn't take you longer than half an hour to make

I had this dish every morning for breakfast when I visited Shenzhen, China. It was fantastic. Most delicious thing I've ever eaten. The street vendors made this fresh and on the spot every morning. I tried making it myself when I got back to the U.S. and lets just say it didn't quite turn out right. She makes it look so easy to do. I suppose if you had all the proper ingredients but its not easy to get some of them in America. Anyhow, if you ever get a chance to try this dish, I highly recommend it.

I always thought asian food seemed so complicated even though I'm a more experienced cook but I'm finding that it's easy as long as you have access to the ingredients. I made this recipe like houndred times. I make it almos every week, it sooo delicious (I watched almost every dan dan noodle recipe on YT, but def. this is THE BEST for me). I just started to make it with vegan mince, and for me (if it is possible) its even better , than with regular meat. THANK YOU !

If something spicy is combined with sechuan pepper it actually feels less spicy because the sechuan pepper numbs your tongue! Most people can tolerate way spicier food this way than their normal level.

If you're white, I would recommend to boil the noodles, let it rest a bit. Once noodles are warm enough to eat, sprinkle a bit of sesame oil, salt and pepper and you should be ready to eat!

Don't know how I lived without this for so long! I make dog food for 2 of our dogs kzbin.infoUgkxG-7WiT7ocumjytOpHDFt632PL0pxXRAg (we have 5!) and it is so much quicker in this. Love having the inner pot stainless so I can use my immersion blender right in it without worrying about scratching. It makes potatoes great and fast! Still working on the vegetables, first time came out great, second time I did different ones and they were a little too mushy. Just need to adjust the time. I highly recommend this pot!!!

This is my absolute favourite dish. I have done it now 3rd time and I just love it. I changed a two ingredients : I use zucchini instead of meat and peanut butter instead of Tahini but the rest of the recipe is unchanged and I can say it is perfect. I´ve also made the chilli oil by Seonkyoung ,its easy and delicious . Thank you Seonkyoung ,we love you :)Just keep doing what you do;)
