Chef Chen shows us from scratch how every major ingredient is prepared...amazing!!! From mincing the pork, frying and grounding nuts for the sauce, making the noodles by hand etc. I would just buy everything ready-made from the supermarket and take 25 mins or less to have it ready to eat, but i truly enjoy and appreciate seeing the entire process of how this famous noodle dish is prepared!!! I tried this recipe today. The noodles is really good we love its springy and chewy texture. The minced beef, i add on shallots , garlics, crispy prawn chilli and korean pepper flakes beside the chef seasoning. I did not do the sesame seed and peanuts on it, still works out really well without it.
