The words are italians! These are like words that u have to use for expressing the "time" of Classic music. So because italian Classic music was very important, Now and in the past foreigners usually write in italian. Like if it's slow u write andante, if it's Kind of "funny" and fast U have to write allegro or allegretto😉 Bye from Italy!

Alina Grig yeah cause I've looked online and the apartments I've found are all one bedroom with the kitchen in the same room the only separation was the bathroom even tho its brand new it was 660 dollars a months so i know her apartment cost a pretty penny seeing as how nice it is maybe a 1,000 a month or more that's my guess

It's a great looking and functional apartment for a single person. The price is a steal being that it is smack dab in the city. Here in the US... something similar would be about 5x for city living.

I heard its 750,000원 Which is around $640 or £515 And if you add the Water, electricity and building fee (120,000원) it would be 870,000원($740 / £600) , Not too expensive, Around the higher end of average i would guess.

I LOVED the layout of this apartment. I kinda wish I knew where exactly you are (like city wise i.e. Seoul, Gangnam, etc) so it'd help us to figure out pricing but overall really great video and thank you for keeping it short but not too short.

The words on the wall of the seating area in the kitchen are Italian. They are musical terms indicating the speed and mood you play the music. Allegro and Allegretto, for example, mean happy, thus jolly and fast. Lento would mean slowly, etc.

I am a South Korean. And with the same amount of money you pay for the rents living in the US, you get way better houses in here. Electric bill and gas bill are reasonable too. I payed around 12dollars for both this month.

Brenda Rodriguez yep! That is true for the most part. Some places have a deposit of over $100,000-200,000+ with a rent of $0... If only I could come up with that much and live rent free lol

I think many people don't realize that if you look for apartments outside of the notoriously expensive places in Seoul such as Gangnam, Cheongdam, Apgujeong, Sinsa, Yeoksam, then you can find very nice apartments for decent prices. There are tons listed on sites like jikbang.com (thats where I found my apt). You should browse through and see what kinds of apartments are available for your budget ^_^
