Yes, you are allowed to roam. And there is a 7Eleven inside the terminal open 24 hours.

No, you don’t get to pick your luggage since you turn to the transit security checkpoint before clearing immigration.

if i am transiting to a third country that requires a local pcr test, cani get a pcr test at airport and stay in transit hotel for results ?

I’m afraid you have to have the PCR test from the point of origin. There was no PCR testing at the Incheon airport that I saw. I didn’t clear immigration and headed to “Transfer” sign for transit. Perhaps get another test on day of departure so the result is still good within the timeframe required. You can print for free at the transit hotel. They have a computer and printer.

No visa needed. Hotel is inside International departure area.

I would recommend it. I booked it in advance and then they emailed me asking for my arrival details. I believe if you google “walkerhill seoul incheon terminal 2” it’ll take you straight to their website😀

Hi there! During normal times there are transit tours. But now all are suspended and non citizens are not allowed to enter South Korea at this time.
