Poor jevin :( Though, I am a little confused, I don’t know a lot about desperation anxiety, so is he anxious when alone, or just when certain people are gone? And is he anxious in a way that he is worried for them, or himself, or something else? Sorry, just curious.

I posted an explanation to this in a Headcanon post a while ago, actually, but to sum it up- he just needs to be sure people remember him etc. so he can stay at his base, alone for weeks, as long as someone sends him something every other day, for example, just so he's sure he's not all alone. But if an attack is triggered, it can be because of a specific person, as well as just all of the people he knows, in general

He's not. He just does not feel pain most of the time (aka he has a very high pain tolerance) so he gets excited whenever something actually manages to hurt him in a way that he can feel it because it doesn't happen often :)
