Fun fact, Sephiroth and Aerith were initially planned to be siblings. Though the idea was scrapped, they still look quite similar. Their faces, the bangs of their hair, and both still have green eyes.

In Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core you can learn from Sephiroth's fan club that Sephiroth actually takes pretty good care of his hair. Every time he washes his hair he empties an entire bottle of both shampoo and conditioner, and they're described as being of the highest/finest quality. His fans describe the scent of his hair being so powerful that if Sephiroth were to toss his hair it would perceptibly change the smell of the air, which could either be an exaggeration from his fans or truthful to some degree.
