I found the Rare beauty blushes too pigmented and hard to use, much prefer more sheer and easy to blend ones like the Saie and also the Armani and YSL liquid blushes. I do want to try some Tower 28 stuff as some point, especially the mascara, skin tint and powder. I wish it was easily available in the UK

I really love the Saie formula! I need to grab another shade because I love how it looks on the skin. Their products are really beautiful but I didn’t realize they weren’t as easy to get ahold of in the UK!

Did you try the elf ones that are supposed to be “dupes” for the moon dust shadows?

I did! I really like them but I feel like the quality varies a little bit depending on which shade you buy. I have a dupes/alternatives video going up next week where I talk more about them!

I wasn’t a fan of the fenty soft lit, but I recently got the eaze drop skin tint and I absolutely love it! I pair it with the Huda easy blur primer and it looks very smooth and lasts all day.

I never really understood the big deal about the Sephora sale. Unless you are getting 30% off, it doesn't seem worth it given that most brands have their own sales in their websites and many times it's 30% or higher and for EVERYONE .... but good info on your video.

Black Friday sales are really great but for me personally, I’m usually only buying one or two things from a brand which isn’t enough to get free shipping so it makes more sense for me to shop at Sephora and get everything at once rather than placing a bunch of orders at random websites! In that case, I typically end up spending more because of shipping and it creates so much additional waste to receive that many packages. I do agree that makes sense if people are only looking to shop a few brands or a few products though! 💗

Yes I am waiting for Black Friday for most items I want. Others that have a trend of offering 20 percent every Black Friday but want you to pay shipping on their site, I will order those from Sephora

For me personally, I shop the Sephora sale because a lot of the brands either don’t ship directly to Canada or the shipping is very expensive (+ potentially incurs import duties) 😭

If you like the urban decay shadows I would definitely check out elf’s new eyeshadow singles! It looks very similar to urban decay! And they’re only $6!!

what are your thoughts on the huda beauty easy blur foundation and the makeup by mario surreal skin loose powder compared to my two holy grails: estee lauder double wear and the huda beauty easy bake loose setting powder? I have oily skin and want long wear and full coverage and blurring.

I know it’s crazy, but I actually haven’t tried the double wear foundation! Honestly, I do think the Huda powder is longer wearing than Makeup by Mario though. I feel like my makeup wears better on my oily skin when I set with Huda but Makeup by Mario is definitely more blurring.
