Hi Risa - I was so excited to see your video! I have dry, mature skin (50 years old on May 19th last year so I am a year older than you) I WISH you had dry skin because I would use every foundation you use! Lol - I tried the new Saie foundation but, it was kind of glittery on me, it may have just been the shade I tried. Your videos make me so happy because I love hearing your REAL talk about high end AND affordable makeup. I am buying 3 Sephora blushes during the sale. Thanks risa!! I do love the glow recipe sunscreen, a lot (I have dry skin, but it’s not heavy or greasy). Having really dry skin, I love the DE lala reto cream, but o find the tarte baba moisturizer just as good and often on sale for $2o or less on tarted websites for your dry skin followers!

Absolutely agree the your recommendation of the Estée Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue foundation. I’m 53 and I’ve been using it for several years. It is my HOLY GRAIL. No matter how many new and trendy foundations I try, I always go back to it. It is absolutely beautiful. It’s lightweight, provides a solid medium coverage, gives a dew-y but not shiny finish, looks completely natural, and wears well all day. It never clings to dry patches, and does not look cake-y, even if you build it up. To top it off, it has an SPF of 45!!! (Yes, I still wear a dedicated sunscreen, but what a bonus!) I use shade 2N1 Desert Beige, and it’s a TRUE neutral shade. Estée Lauder knows how to do neutral shades, unlike many high-end brands, whose “neutral” shades are actually very yellow.

I bought two ND palettes that went on sale and i just don't love them so I returned them and placed a colourpop order instead at 3/4 of the price. I do love the large retro glam palette though and I don't have anything like it.

So I dont go nuts I will add to the cart as I am shopping..then I will see what all I have in my cart and start chopping. If you hesitate on ..should I buy this? then I would pass. Again there's always sales going on within Sephora and you can also check out the brands actual site. Or better yet, set yourself a budget before hand and don't go over. Wow! What a lot of information. I agree that Calliray So Blurring is the holy grail of primers. I just wish we got more in it for the price. If you haven't tried out the Mac Satin lipsticks, you should. They have some gorgeous colors in there. I hope everything is still around when they get to us Insiders. Hi Risa, I love ❤️ your channel and the content you bring us. The Colourpop Quartz palette is beautiful but I fell in love with the Stone Cold Fox palette is a must have. It seems like it has very similar colors that are in the Quartz. I just got over the Ulta 21 days of beauty and I'm not ready to do Sephora's but bring it on. At least I can pick up stuff at Sephora all at one time instead of heading down there every day like we did at Ulta. I'm kind of financially tapped after Ulta but I think I might be able to come up with a little more to spend. Keep bringing your videos to us and may you and your family well and stay safe.

And they are blendable, the sparkle is beautiful. I just received the new shark flex wrap, but haven't used it yet. I would like to pass a long that I started ordering on the Shark website, had an issue and called and placed my order instead. Recieved a better price and 20% off. KVD for oily skin. Such a win! Lasts all day. I’m VERY oily. And I work in a very warm environment and sweat almost every day. The KVD stays. I actually have to use a bit of a thicker moisturizer with it. Yes I have to use some powder here and there. But overall, love the KVD.

I absolutely hate using sunscreen on my face with makeup. It irritates my face, however, I went on vacation and picked up the new Neutragena invisible Serum sunscreen and it’s beautiful. It’s in a pink and orange box and has a pump. It’s SPF 60 and I recommend this to anyone who loves or hates sunscreen like I do. You can buy it at any drugstore and it’s super affordable on Amazon. I can even wear it lightly applied under makeup. Everyone should try it going into the spring and summer!

For anyone looking 👀 at Brow waxes : I bought Patrick Ta soap brow wax last spring and forced myself to use it all before I could purchase another high end brow gel. Hated it so much, but just bought the new Benefit Fluff Brow Wax and I love it, it’s way better than the 24hr brow setter, Anastasia brow gel, it’s the best for natural looking brows. I put it on wait 7-10 minutes then go in with my maybelline pencil, it leaves them with hold, volume but brush-able. So I’m sure the Too faced fluff wax one is probably the same.
