Partial Translation: I made a clothing from flower leaves for my love. Her body is so delicate that I fear the clothing might hurt her. Butterfly, please do not fly around tonight in my love's whereabouts, as I fear the hassling sound of your wings might wake her up. Explanation: In such poems, everything is metaphor. But this specific poem is about metaphors and explanations themselves. Butterfly is the thoughts that fly around randomly in mind, getting our consciousness (us) out of a joyful spiritual state (love), for which stillness and silence are mandatory prerequisites. Clothing is a mental description, that no matter how delicate and accurate it is, one can not wrap it around ( mentally describe) the love (those beautiful spiritual states), as it is still dense, thick, coarse, uncomfortable, lifeless and joyless in comparison. It is not the same thing. To enjoy and experience Love, one should not describe it (wrap cloth around it) as it makes us and her uncomfortable, at least in privacy, but one must experience and enjoy her naked (first-hand), circumventing the very thoughts and descriptions that might aim at beautifying the relationship but ironically, they are considered as uncomfortable obstacles between us and her. Descriptions are useful though, in the mental realm, as love can not be seen or experienced by thoughts, but only can be felt by consciousness (us). So she must wear something materialistic, to hopefully make its approximate location identifiable by thoughts. The explanations like this poem also have a perfume (the little joyful and relaxing spiritual states, rising up when one reads/listens to such poems) which our weak consciousness (us) can detect and be attracted to. So consciousness and logic go hands in hands towards her, but consciousness is much stronger, and is less prone to mistakes. I hope this very explanation of mine, based on my little and limited observations, is not a too smelly and uncomfortable of a dress. Beautiful perfumed dresses (decent explanations) are able to distract our attention from other semi-beautiful girls (short-lived little excitements of life) and dresses (semi-intelligent, complex and heavy theories and philosophies about how to enjoy life), which gives a relaxing liberating feeling. Later on, they distract our attention from themselves too. When our attention does not go into anything serious and is kept intact in its place for a while, it accumulates and good feelings occur, and much more. So a useful explanation must give a relaxing air, reminding us that nothing is that serious or important, even the explanation itself.
