Jo hona tha wo to hona hi tha ya ye hospital mai ho kisi ka ghar mai school mai ya street mai, this is a total failure of humanity, how can someone butcher sick unarmed patients in a hospital including an infant is the big question. Either ban the practice of carrying daos or legalise firearms, everyone should have the chance to defend themselves including women. Mass rehabilitation programs bhi conduct karna hai esa area mai, because these kinds of behaviours are contagious.

I have been to some of the most remote Konyak Naga (the most Ferocious tribe) inhabited places in Nagaland but not seen Nagas carrying daos openly ,unless it is very necessary like during jungle expedition, any festival etc . I think local people should reach at a consensus not to carry Daos openly in towns like seppa , Itanagar and Dapo . Because police cant interfere in such matters related to customs . Plz learn from other Tribal people of India like Nagas , Mizos , meiteis who were once known for their headhunting practices ! Victims RIP ....n wounded recover soon 🙏
