The errata fixes the problem with the card being "I'm going to negate your spells, on your turn, then when my turn rolls around I'm going to destroy this card so I can play my spells" now it at least makes it not splashable to the point where you can also play a bunch of spells. It's a pretty nice errata imo.

Problem is, it's the same issue as cards like Royal Oppression or Vanity's Emptiness. Just play all the Spells in your hand, then when you're done, set Imperial Order. The game's gotten so fast that losing access to Spells for a turn is probably going to be GG.

Necrovalley, with new errata, is in Duelist Saga. The errata removes the "other than itself" effect so stuff like Glow-up Bulb and Paleozoics can't bypass the effect anymore. Expect it seeing play!

eh, both lists have parts I like and dislike. Also (rant starting) just want to say that I thought the point of OCG and TCG having different ban lists and occasionally different archetypes for a while (like kozmos/kaiju/BA, etc) BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER because the most popular deck(s) will remain the most popular. People have harpie or no harpie? doesn't matter-run artifacts, 4 solemns, w/e. Got 3 maxx c or 1 maxx c? run as many as you can. Only differences I can think of atm that actually matter as far as giving us "different lists" are 1 union hangar and 1 toadally awesome.

They released a tidbit in a magazine yesterday that explained that you can chain mutual links together from one zone to the other to enable both zones for yourself. For example summon Link Spider in one zone, Link it with Firewall Dragon, place a Honeybot next to Firewall, summon another Firewall Dragon and THEN you can summon another Link Spider to the second Extra Monster Zone. I'm used to everything that they put at 1 (Except Maxx "C") already. Me and my friends play the game with everything that's banned at 1, except the Kiaju's. We play decks that take a lot of resources to make a big play, so we banned Kiaju's as a whole to not get people to quit in the first 2 turns. As for Imperial Order, best Non-Meta way to beat it is either Chain a destruction to it (Obviously), Dust Tornado (assuming it's already out) or any Trap that hits backrow.

The only reason instant fusion is played is because of Norden, which the OCG banned ages ago. The only other "decent" targets are Restrict and the fusion tuner, and those are nowhere near as good as (or as abusable) norden

IF also allows for insanely easy CDI combos, and neptune has by far, fewer degenerate interactions than IF in the game. IF is arguably the greater problem, but instead they murdered the card that had no impact on any scene until today. IF has been prominent for years, neptune has been present in the meta for barely a few months (not even that in TCG). this hit was irrational.

I got done in by that once. No one likes facing a Zushin with 6000 ATK and the ability to burn the opponent for 5000 damage a turn WHILE STILL BEING ABLE TO ATTACK. i dunt see they would ban or limit barrier or treetoad or barrage anytime soon, thats some of their money cards. maybe hit it to semi is possible but not more than that, at least until they release that barrier in mega tins later on, coz they are have enough money from it already. TCG mostly adjust their banlist money wise, coz they like to print great cards at highest rarity possible and make money out of it. At least Imperial Order can be played around (somewhat). It doesn't hit stuff in the Graveyard, and Spells can still be activated on the field; just without their effects. Plus it actually hurts them more than it hurts you, since they are now FORCED to keep it in play, and they are FORCED to get burned for 700 LP per Standby Phase (of either player's turn).

Why does everyone want every banlist to be a slaughterhouse? Like it's just scrub mentality or something where everyone thinks that anything that has topped should be destroyed every few months so their shit deck can compete. Also as far as cards coming back; we're never getting construct, we're never getting stratos, we're never getting zenmaity. Get the fuck over it. VTA Yu-Gi-Oh All of the banned cards that have zero impact should come off the list. Leaving them there is unacceptable. (Things like Stratos, Contruct, Feather Duster, etc) D-barrier needs a hit since it functions exactly like Vanity but has no counter play. The only real way to get around it is by playing a deck that can't be hit by it. (It's vary existence limits decks from being competitive.) Solemn Strike shouldn't be at 3 since it's a better Warning and that's at 1. Treatoad needs a hit since it's a do everything card (negate, steal the negated card, recursion, & easy to summon) It's the primary reason Paleozoics have been winning YCS's. It needs to go to 1 so it's not spammed but still accessible. Terrortop should have went to 1. As things stand, the card does a lot and it's only going to get better post link. At the very least this could have been a preemptive hit. (Similar to how the OCG hit Gofu.) Pot of Desires to 0 needs to happen. The cost is irrelevant with how the game is currently played. So, more or less it's Pot of Greed. To avoid people just sacking with it at 1 it gets banned. (Kinda surprised this didn't happen considering TCGKonami's hard on for hitting anything that draws cards.) Lawn Mowing needs to go to but I'll admit it's too early for a hit. I could go on but I'll cut it short here.
