I predict it was some kind of oil or tar that was super hot when it hit tree sap... It would have bubbled in the tree sap as it sank some broke off in every bubble which also created gas pockets which is why some of them can still move ....

Do you have any plans to drill into it and get a sample to test at a lab? Some of that looks almost liquid, like potentially carbon slurry from something rotting in the amber as it fossilized, making something similar to crude oil.

This is going to be the dumbest question but is there any chance the seed that’s moving might be viable? I know the amber is fossilized and in that amount of time nothing should be viable plus the heat it will have endured. BUT I remember a long time ago a video about bringing a long extinct plant back to life because it was preserved in something.

I don't think so. See, amber is not actually a particularly good medium to conserve things. It may look solid, but it is actually quite porous, allowing microorganisms to enter it. That is also the reason why Jurassic Park wouldn't work. There wouldn't be any DNA left of something that old. Similar here, any genetic material in a seed would be long gone.
