Thanks! One is done now and he’s practicing already. Second one starts the next rounds of evals on Monday. Almost over!!

That cover looks awesome! and what an awesome place to stay for a retreat. I'm an HB90 newbie, and learning how to adapt it to myself. Trying for just one month at a time at the moment so I don't get overwhelmed.

Thank you! Yes, HB90 totally made a huge difference for me. I did more in the first year after the program than I ever had. Only reason I gave it up was that any goal setting was just making me feel disappointed because I wasn’t able to do the work I know I needed to do. Can’t wait to get back at it!

I went on a writing retreat too and came back sick so ended up in hospital fir a couple days but the rest of September went well!

PC (pacemaker.press) and it’s free up to 3 projects I think (might be 4). But that’s just at a time. If you finish or delete one you get that spot back.
