She has sort of pale skin and does a fantastic look specific for freckles. I just really recommend her channel overall! Also check out Tanya Burr and Pixie Woo's makeovers because they really have great ones for all types of faces ,and I believe some for your request. I know everyone has preferences, and styles come and go, but remember you are always in! I love that you kept that in mind with your makeup! I squirt some Philosophy Purity face wash in a bowl, then pour warm water in it to make it bubbly. Then I put the sponge in there and squeeze it, let it fill up with water, then squeeze it out again. I repeat that process probably 20-30 times, then rinse it out under running water really well.

Do beauty blenders last longer than the real techniques sponge ? I've gone through 4 of the real techniques because each time I clean them (which is after each use, I have acne prone skin so it's necessary) they get thicker and thicker and less bouncy. I've hear people say the same thing about theirs, but it drives me nuts. I always rinse them completely by running it through water and squeeze it multiple times and repeat for as many times before my hands get tired. My real techniques sponge only last like 2 months, which if the beauty blenders last longer it would be saving me money in the long run. Help!!

I've also used different things to clean the real techniques, such as olive oil and dish soap mixed, dr bronners bar soap, baby shampoo and actual brush cleaners that are marketed to clean brushes and sponges but it still happens.

ive never tried the RT one, i have an original BB, but i prefer the off-brand one i find at kohls. i cant remember the brand name but they come in fun colors and are only $6 and i like it better than the BB.

I have both and I've definitely noticed that the newer RT sponge texture is off. They totally changed them. They are harder than the original ones I tried a year or so ago and definitely don't last as long. I thought maybe I got a bad one but I've since bought 3 and they're all the same. :( They definitely don't hold a candle to my beauty blender that has lasted me near 8 months with deep cleaning ( I use the bb cleanser solid and Bronner's but dr. Bronner's unscented is my fave) every time I use it. I say take the plunge- should be worth it in the long run for you.

+Karla Santana agreed! i enjoy starbucks from time to time, but it's such a pricey (and corporate) endorsement. plus, i live in an area where my closest starbucks is 15 minutes away and located in a supermarket- the nearest full starbucks cafe has to be 4 or 5 hours away! oktoberfest beer (or any spice-toned beer) has to be a fall favorite for me! that, or hot apple cider for non-alcoholic!

Fave product forever and ever is wet n wild liquid eye liner in black. It's been my favorite since sophomore year in high school. It's like 2$ to 3$ at a walgreens or and it has a super matte finish, something I notice a lot of drugstore liquid eye liners don't have (they always look kinda shiny to me). It goes on so nicely and thick and the brush is perfect for creating that skinny wing. Ugh love it, forever and ever.

Jaclyn! I was away this weekend when I DROP Champagne Pop on the bathroom floor. Explosion. I was lucky that I had already done my makeup so my highlight could be on fleek for my anniversary dinner. From what I can tell, certain KVD Everlasting Liquid shades get patchy on different people. I have 3, but Lolita is the one that i can literally go around once and it be perfect. I have Exorcism and I have noticed that I do need to go back over spots. I am also in LOVE with that NARS blush and it looks amazing on you!
