I love the gold edge on the top❤️ I’m working on whips too. I sort of lost my knitting mojo for about two months. I finally finished my youngest daughter’s socks that I started a year ago! Working on sweaters now. If I dug around, no telling what whips I’d find😂 You must be feeling loads of adrenaline with each finished item😊

I have been following you since your ‘mostly sewing days.’ I am amazed at your gorgeous makes! I am just returning to knitting…still sewing…and have started with socks. I know about tube socks that one can buy mostly for athletic uses but have never seen hand knitted tube socks. Looked on Ravelry and saw a few patterns. Think I will give them a try. I had a similar problem picking up stitches using fingering weight sock yarn and # 1 needles. Too tiny! Great video.

Wonderful! I love that you’re starting with socks. They’re so practical and fun. There are great tutorials on KZbin that will take you step by step through the whole process, if you wanted to try out a traditional construction.
