There is one more thing i want to be clear about.(I hope i use the suitable words to make my point) It is very important and good for us to have a lot of physical activity to keep our body healthy and in a good fitnes. I want to name that competitive sports with either no competition or only on a limited bass.I can be competitive without competing in races In contrary to that there is high performance sports, which is unhealthy and not supporting our fitnes, but risking our health for a higher standing among others and pampering our ego instead of helping us to a better health. For the first option changing the amount and intensity in some way is a good stimulus, in the second case the goal is to squeeze the last little bit of performance out of our bodies

i don`t do anything extra on a weekend than during the week. As far as i know my heart, it is doing the same actions each hour of my life, and i try not to disturb my heart with overcooking my running......i guess this trend to do more on a weekend started with people, who had a 9 to 5 job not willing to do any major amount of sports during the week and pushing most activities into the weekend.....which of course does not serve any purpose other to betray ourselves and let us feel better
